When are "Letters From Santa" sent?
Our Classic Christmas "Letters From Santa" are mailed beginning December 1st, just in time for Christmas. Special letters such as Birthday, Anniversary, etc., are sent to arrive by the date of the event. After-Christmas letters begin mailing the first weekday after Christmas. Mid-year "Letters From Santa" are mailed as soon as possible after the order is placed.
How can I check on the status of a "Letter From Santa"?

Will my name be on the letter as the sender?
All letters come from Santa Claus and the purchaser is not mentioned on the letter or envelope.
Will children in the same family all get the same letter?
To retain their authenticity, our Classic Christmas "Letters from Santa" include several different messages and are assorted so that children in the same family will not get the same message from Santa.
